You get special leave for special events:

1. Marriage/registered partnership: 2 days
2. Marriage of family (1st degree): 1 day
3. Birth of child: 1 week paid (partner)
4. Death:
- Partner/child: 4 days
- Parent: 2 days
- Grandparent/grandchild: 1 day
5. Moving: 1 day per year

Request special leave at least two weeks in advance through your manager.

Vacation requests must be submitted at least three weeks in advance via AH Sam. Note that your manager must approve the request before it becomes final.
