When are you considered a short part-timer at Albert Heijn?

The difference between short part-timer, long part-timer, and full-timer is sometimes not entirely clear. Here's an explanation of the different contract types:
Full-timer:
- You are a full-timer if you have a 40-hour per week contract (160 hours per period)
- Your payslip shows under 'Contract Hours (OT): 160'
Long part-timer:
- You are a long part-timer if you have a contract for more than 12 hours and less than 40 hours per week
- Your payslip shows under 'Contract Hours' a number between 49 and 156 hours per period
- For example: 13, 20, or 39 hours per week
Short part-timer:
- You are a short part-timer (kpt'er) if you have a contract for 12 hours per week or less
- Your payslip shows under 'Contract' a number of 48 or fewer hours per period
- 48 hours per period means 12 hours per week (12 x 4 = 48)
Note: Contracts are only issued for numbers that are divisible by four.
