I'm pregnant, am I entitled to more breaks?
Yes, as a pregnant employee, you are entitled to additional breaks. You can take one or more extra breaks that together amount to a maximum of one-eighth of your working time. For example: during an 8-hour workday, you are entitled to a maximum of 1 hour extra break time. Discuss with your supervisor how best to schedule these additional breaks.
