The @AH app is a convenient app for Albert Heijn employees

1. Download:
- Apple: Download from the App Store
- Android: Download from the Google Play Store

2. Main features:
- View work schedule (next 3 weeks)
- View and accept available shifts
- Coming soon: swap shifts with colleagues

3. Login:
- Use your Sam login (PNL code)
- Your phone number must be registered in MyHR Connect
- Register your phone number via the store computer if not done yet

Go to sam.ah.nl(https://sam.ah.nl) and use your login credentials to gain access. If you experience problems logging in, contact your manager or shift leader for help.

How do I reset my password?

Is your PNL username blocked and can't you log in anymore? Follow these steps:

1. Go to https://iam.aholddelhaize.com/
2. Click on 'Reset your Password'
3. Enter your PNL email address (ends with @emea.royalhold.net)
4. Enter the characters from the image
5. Set a new password that meets these requirements:
   - Minimum 8 characters
   - Minimum 1 uppercase letter
   - Minimum 1 number
6. Wait 5 minutes for the new password to become active

Note: If you change your password, you often need to log in again to the @AH app.

How can I adjust my availability?

You can change your availability via GO MW in AH Sam. Go to the 'Availability' tab and enter your desired changes. Note that your manager must approve the change before it becomes final.
