How do I reset my password?

Is your PNL username blocked or did you forget your password? Follow these steps:
1. Go to https://iam.aholddelhaize.com/
2. Click on 'Reset your Password'
3. Enter your PNL email address (ends with @emea.royalhold.net)
4. Enter the characters from the image
5. Set a new password that meets these requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 number
6. Wait about 5 minutes for the new password to become active
**Important:**
- After changing your password, you may need to log in again to the @AH app
- If you recently reset, wait a few minutes before trying again
- If your account is locked after multiple failed attempts, wait or reset again
- Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser if issues persist
