**Stocker/Cashier A:**
- Base hourly rate: €7.20 per hour
- All-in hourly rate: €9.59 per hour
**Service Employee/Cashier B:**
- Base hourly rate: €7.90 per hour
- All-in hourly rate: €10.52 per hour
**Shift Leader:**
- Base hourly rate: €9.39 per hour
- All-in hourly rate: €12.50 per hour
**What does 'all-in' mean?**
The all-in hourly rate is an average that includes bonuses for evening and weekend work. Your actual hourly rate may vary depending on when you work.
**Example calculation (Stocker):**
- 12 hours per week: approx €86.40 - €115.08 per week (€346 - €460 per 4 weeks)
- 16 hours per week: approx €115.20 - €153.44 per week (€461 - €614 per 4 weeks)
- 24 hours per week: approx €172.80 - €230.16 per week (€691 - €921 per 4 weeks)
**Additional bonuses:**
- Sunday work: +50% on your hourly rate
- Public holidays: +100% on your hourly rate
- Evening bonus (22:00-00:00): +50%
- Night bonus (00:00-06:00): +50%
As an 18-year-old, you can perform all functions and no longer have work hour restrictions. These salaries are set according to the VGL collective labor agreement and are effective from June 16, 2025.
