**Stocker/Cashier A (0-1 year experience):**
- Base hourly rate: €14.40 per hour
- All-in hourly rate: €19.18 per hour
**Service Employee/Cashier B:**
- Base hourly rate: €14.70 - €16.43 per hour (depending on experience)
- All-in hourly rate: €19.57 - €21.88 per hour
**Shift Leader:**
- Base hourly rate: €15.00 - €17.42 per hour (depending on experience)
- All-in hourly rate: €19.97 - €23.20 per hour
**What does 'all-in' mean?**
The all-in hourly rate is an average that includes bonuses for evening and weekend work. Your actual hourly rate may vary depending on when you work.

- 24 hours per week: approx €345.60 - €460.32 per week (€1,382 - €1,841 per 4 weeks)
