As a 15-year-old at Albert Heijn, you can work as a Stocker/Cashier A/Holiday Worker. These are the hourly rates effective from June 16, 2025:
**Stocker/Cashier A:**
- Base hourly rate: €4.62 per hour
- All-in hourly rate: €6.15 per hour
**What does 'all-in' mean?**
The all-in hourly rate is an average that includes bonuses for evening and weekend work. Your actual hourly rate may vary depending on when you work.
**Example calculation:**
- 8 hours per week: approx €36.96 - €49.20 per week (€148 - €197 per 4 weeks)
- 12 hours per week: approx €55.44 - €73.80 per week (€222 - €295 per 4 weeks)
- 16 hours per week: approx €73.92 - €98.40 per week (€296 - €394 per 4 weeks)
**Additional bonuses:**
- Sunday work: +50% on your hourly rate
- Public holidays: +100% on your hourly rate
- Evening bonus (22:00-00:00): +50%
- Night bonus (00:00-06:00): +50%
**Important information for 15-year-olds:**
As a 15-year-old, you can work a maximum of 12 hours per week during school weeks, only outside school hours and not after 7 PM. During holidays, you can work more hours.
